New Platform Features
Starred Process Dashboard
Important workflows can be starred by clicking the star icon at the top right of the workflow ribbon. The Home page now includes a dashboard which will list all the processes starred by a user for quick and easy access.
Extended Platform Language Support
Certa's platform now supports these new languages: Ukrainian, Russian, Thai, Vietnamese, Arabic, Turkish and Portuguese.
New Visualization Support: Spider Chart
Spider chart visualization type is now available to use across for reporting across workflows.
Platform Enhancements
Badge Tooltips
Badges will now support description tooltips, which can be accessed by simply hovering your cursor over the badge.
Chart Labels Visibility
All chart visualizations (except pie-charts) will now have labels visible by default. This can be toggled on/off from the platform settings.
Chart Legends Visibility
Users have the option to add a legend to any chart visualization, which can be positioned at either the Top or Bottom of the chart.
Cycle Time Reports Export Updated to Seconds
Report exports will now show cycle times in seconds instead of the previous format of: days/hours/mins/sec.
Language Nomenclature Updated in Menu
Users will now see Language names (e.g. Spanish) instead of Language codes (e.g. ES) when selecting their preferred language from the drop-down menu.
